Melissa Cuthbert, MBA

Melissa Cuthbert (She/Her) is the Executive Director for Timber Creek Counseling, where she oversees all strategic initiatives, organizational processes, marketing, and finances. In addition to her leadership at Timber Creek, she serves as an operations consultant for private practices looking to scale effectively.

Melissa has led teams for over a decade, focusing her career on the intersection of operations, finance, and management for mid-size organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint. Furthering her commitment to clinical excellence, she earned a Certificate in Health Care Quality from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, a credential she uses to align business efficiency with high standards of patient care.
