Caytlin Schultz (she/her) is a Mental Health Therapist at Timber Creek Counseling. Caytlin graduated from the University of Michigan with her Master of Social Work in 2023 and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Bowling Green State University.

During her undergraduate career, Caytlin served as a domestic and sexual violence advocate, and this is where her passion for therapy bloomed. She uses an eclectic approach, utilizing evidence-informed techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness.

Her focus areas are intimacy and relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, stress, self-esteem, and family conflict. Caytlin aims to create a space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self, working collaboratively alongside you to explore, rebuild, or heal.
