Kate Andreshak

Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist

Kate Andreshak (She/Her), TLLP, received her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology, where she was trained in humanistic-existential therapy. She completed her practicum at Timber Creek Foundation, providing hands-on therapy to a diverse range of individuals and couples. Kate is incredibly passionate about holistic care and brings valuable experience in supporting neurodivergent individuals. She integrates humanistic principles with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and elements of the Gottman Method.

Coming from a humanistic background, Kate’s approach is centered on empathy, acceptance, and genuine connection. She recognizes that each individual and couple brings their unique story, set of strengths, and cultural background to the therapeutic process, and aims to work collaboratively with all clients to tailor therapy so that it works best for them and their goals.

“I believe the therapeutic relationship is fundamental to growth, and I prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space. Together, we will clarify your values, explore your thoughts and emotions, and build effective coping strategies—empowering you to navigate challenges and live authentically.

If you feel I would be a good fit for your journey, please reach out. I would be honored to walk this path forward with you.”
