Katie Martin (She/Her), LPC, is dedicated to helping clients tap into their mind-body connection and bring greater awareness to their overall wellbeing. She utilizes a person-centered approach, seamlessly incorporating mindfulness alongside aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Tailored to each client's unique journey, her integrative methods focus on understanding the whole person while fostering self-compassion and self-awareness.
Katie strongly believes in meeting clients where they are and using individualized techniques to best serve their needs. She is deeply passionate about exploring resources and strategies to empower clients so they feel in control of their lives—especially when navigating mental health struggles, stressful situations, and major life transitions.
