Miles Keller
Licensed Professional Counselor
Miles Keller (He/Him), LPC, earned his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. His practice is built on a seasoned perspective regarding the challenges unique to teens, young adults, and adults—specifically those navigating anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and complex interpersonal dynamics. Beyond traditional clinical work, Miles facilitates a Therapeutic Table Top Role Playing Game Group, using collaborative storytelling as a tool for building agency and practical problem-solving skills.
Miles’ approach is centered on the principle of radical empowerment. He helps clients move from being passive observers of their circumstances to becoming the active authors of their own lives. This process involves a focus on existential integration: the belief that while life contains inherent uncertainty, we have the freedom and the responsibility to create our own meaning and purpose. By prioritizing psychological flexibility and clear boundaries, Miles guides individuals in aligning their daily actions with their core values to create a life of intention.
While his work is action-oriented and grounded in behavioral change, Miles maintains that an authentic, collaborative relationship is the most vital part of growth. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading, and gaming, and he spends as much time as possible with his family.
