Shelly Campbell
Limited Licensed Professional Counselor
Shelly (she/her) earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Moody Graduate School. She has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting clients with a wide range of mental health concerns.
Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Shelly works with teens, adults, and couples and has experience counseling individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Shelly values a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, helping clients build on their strengths while working toward meaningful change. She primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while integrating additional therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.
She is passionate about helping clients find relief, reconnect with themselves, and reclaim joy in their journey.
