Hello,

We are honored you have chosen Timber Creek Counseling to provide you with high quality mental health care. Our expertise, compassion, and evidence based practices lay a foundation for our therapeutic services. This announcement is to highlight a few key policy changes, effective 7/1/23. We strive to have our policies be as transparent and clear as possible. Our no-show/late cancellation fee is now $125 if the appointment is not canceled 48 hours ahead of time. If you want us to consider an appeal you must fill out this form.


We require a working credit card to be on file and we reserve the right to charge the card if there is a balance. If your outstanding balance is $300 or greater, we will pause services until a payment of at least half the outstanding balance is made. If you want us to consider an appeal you must fill out this form.


Reminder: All billing documents can be found on our client portal which can be accessed at any time. Invoices are automatically generated in the early morning hours the day after the session and that is when you will see it in your client portal.
