What insurance plans do you accept?
We do accept some insurance plans. To see our full list, access our Insurance page here. Each counselor can accept different insurances. While it is the responsibility of the client to know their insurance benefits, we do help verify benefits upon request.

How long are sessions?
Our average session length is 55 minutes.

What is a psychological assessment?
Psychologists use tests and other assessment tools to measure and observe a client's behavior to arrive at a diagnosis and guide treatment. In many ways, psychological testing and assessment are similar to medical tests. If a patient has physical symptoms, a primary care provider may order X-rays or blood tests to understand what's causing those symptoms. The results of the tests will help inform develop a treatment plan. (APA 2021)

Do you have weekend or evening availability?
Our clinicians set their own schedule and while we do offer some weekend and evening hours, availability for these time slots are limited.

What does teletherapy look like at your practice.
We understand that schedules and distance may make it difficult for you to visit our office in person, so we have the option to provide Teletherapy sessions. We can hold sessions on Simple Practice, a secure HIPAA-compliant platform. Simple Practice works on all popular browsers and smartphones using iOS or Android, giving you access to counseling remotely. To learn more please visit our online counseling page here.
